Nice to Meet You!

Hi, I’m Anna.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who takes a practical, collaborative approach to therapy. I value creating a space that feels real, supportive, and grounded—where you can better understand yourself while also making meaningful progress.

In our work together, I focus on helping you build clarity, shift unhelpful patterns, and develop tools that support lasting change. Therapy with me is both reflective and action-oriented, with an emphasis on breaking things down into manageable steps so that growth feels realistic and sustainable.

My style is thoughtful, engaging, and approachable. I tend to ask questions that help you see things from a new perspective, while also offering structure and guidance when it’s helpful. My goal is for you to leave sessions not only feeling understood, but also with a clearer sense of direction.

Professional Background

I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Southern California (2020) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Arizona (2016). I hold an active LCSW license in both Texas and New Mexico.

• ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP)
