Individual Therapy

Individual therapy provides support for managing mental health concerns to help you feel more like yourself again. Sessions often focus on developing insight, improving relationships, or navigating stressful circumstances.

Therapy may be helpful if you are experiencing:

• Anxiety, chronic overthinking or decision paralysis
• Depression, burnout or emotional exhaustion
• Distress related to trauma exposure
• ADHD or executive functioning challenges
• Difficulty setting boundaries or managing expectations
• Life transitions, identity shifts, or periods of adjustment

Treatment integrates evidence-based approaches including:

• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
• Solution-Focused Brief Therapy
• Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)
• Motivational Interviewing
• Narrative Therapy

ADHD Evaluations

Telehealth (TX & NM) | Age 18+ | $850

Symptom-focused diagnostic evaluations are intended to determine the presence or absence of ADHD and/or other mental health conditions. These assessments provide diagnostic clarification to support treatment planning, academic accommodations, or medication management.

Evaluations are useful for those who….

• Have long-standing difficulties with focus, organization, or follow-through
• Feel stuck in cycles of procrastination, overwhelm, or burnout
• Struggle with irritability, reactivity, or impulsive decision-making
• Want a clearer understanding of how their brain works
• Need documentation for school or medical providers

The assessment process includes:

• A 90- minute clinical interview to review symptoms, history, and current concerns
Standardized measures for screening and assessment
Review of relevant records and collateral information as applicable
• A written summary of findings and recommendations

Executive Functioning Therapy

Telehealth (TX & NM) | Ages 18+ |
$165 (50 mins) or $85 (30 mins)

Executive functioning therapy is a short-term, action-oriented service focused on improving focus, organization, and follow-through. This approach is especially helpful for individuals with ADHD or anyone who is stuck somewhere between knowing what to do and actually doing it. (Think: ADHD Coaching, but with a licensed clinical mental health provider.)

Executive functioning therapy provides tools for:

• Turning ideas into action
• Breaking down overwhelming projects
• Creating sustainable systems for organization and focus
• Improving follow-through and accountability
• Setting boundaries and protecting your energy

Structure can be tailored to your needs and may include:

Two 50-minute sessions per month
• Brief weekly check-ins for accountability and momentum (short message-based check-in)
Tools and worksheets to support planning, organization, and follow-through
• Optional accountability sessions (20-30 minutes)as available
